Tony Culhane
Tony Culhane has over 30 years of experience in the disability management industry and is a Certified Disability Management Professional and Consensus Based Disability Management Auditor, as recognized by the National Institute of Disability Management and Research. While developing his expertise in England, Tony proved himself to be an authority in his field, and was a sought-after speaker, giving lectures throughout Europe and South Africa. In 2007, Tony immigrated to Canada, and brought with him a wealth of knowledge and innovative strategy. By 2012 he was President of TeksMed and was instrumental in developing best practices for the firm. Tony acquired ownership of the company in 2016, and it has continued to see extraordinary growth since.

JD McCauley is a people leader focused on building high-performing teams. With 18 years of leadership experience, ranging from local to national sized teams, he nurtures a culture of passion and commitment to service excellence by operating with a people-first mentality. Beginning his career as a front-line customer service provider, he quickly developed a passion for taking care of people in his daily work. This has extended into his people leadership roles and continues today. He has worked in several industries across Canada, ranging from retail, to financial services, to disability management, and management consulting. He found that when your focus is people, operational excellence transcends all markets.

Jeff Hunt
Jeff Hunt is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background as an owner, entrepreneur, and Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA). As one of the owners of TeksMed Services Inc., Jeff demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the company’s growth and success. He utilizes his entrepreneurial mindset to drive top-line growth through innovation in new products and building long-term strategic partnerships with clients.
In his role as CFO, Jeff brings a wealth of financial knowledge and expertise to TeksMed using his extensive experience as a chartered professional accountant. He ensures that the company’s financial health is maintained through forward looking financial planning, budgeting, and resource management.

Throughout her education and professional career, Cheryl Klippenstein has acquired a wealth of knowledge and experience in accounting and bookkeeping. Since her graduation from UFV in 2004, Cheryl has had a passion for ensuring her business clients are advantaged by her skill set. Building a foundation of financial stability for TeksMed since 2010, she has become an integral and irreplaceable part of the executive team, managing much more than exclusively finances. Cheryl continues to progress her passion for further knowledge and prides herself on the fine details of getting the job done right.
